Recent Projects — sign

This Thanksgiving themed sign was made from plywood for the backing with pallet wood for the frame. The leaves are also plywood which I cut on the CNC machine and finished with a cherry stain. A fun little project.  

My customer had recently purchased a home which had the address on the octagonal board. However the numbers fell off and they asked me about making a new sign using the existing board as a backer. I traced the board and made the new sign out of oak one inch smaller all around. I cut out the lettering on the CNC router and painted these with black paint. Then sealed the whole sign with Spar Urethane to protect it from the weather.

  I recently made this sign to honor a bride and groom on their wedding day. This was made using Mahogany with a natural finish.
